LET THE INGREDIENTS SHINE

At Le Bon Nosh, we use simple ingredients that speak to the seasons because we believe in the power of good food and eating well. Our mission is to nourish both bodies and minds with quality, locally sourced food and rich experiences that deepen our appreciation for what’s on our plates and how it got there.

We understand good food to be made from simple, responsibly grown ingredients produced by dedicated stewards of the earth. Our work seeks to support their efforts and help repair the damage done to local food systems by erosive industrialization practices.

CORE VALUES & COMMITMENTS

As eating and cooking grow increasingly complex and transcational, we maintain that convenient food shouldn’t be impersonal. We, as human beings, have a responsibility to take care of each other and our home, which is why we use these pillars as our guidelines and foundation for how we operate.

HOSPITALITY

A welcoming, inclusive approach is key to our guest experience. We want our guests to feel connected to Le Bon Nosh and the greater community.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have a responsibility to limit our impact on the earth. Our current and future practices strive to make the world more sustainable.

COMMUNITY

We cultivate a socially-minded community that gives back through food accessibility and education programs.

SIMPLICITY

We keep things simple, approachable and authentic.

EMPOWERMENT

We enable all members of our community by instilling integrity, autonomy, learning, and recognition in all we do.

LIVEABLE WAGE

A 4% service charge will be added to each guest check to ensure competitive industry compensation, as well as benefits, for our valued team.

COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE LOCAL

Why does Le Bon Nosh prioritize purchasing locally? Small-scale, locally owned businesses create communities that are more prosperous, more connected, and stronger across a wide range of measures. When we buy from independent, locally owned suppliers instead of national chains, a significantly greater portion of our dollars stays right here in Atlanta—circulating back into our local economy to support neighboring businesses, uplift our community, and strengthen the city we call home.

Le Bon Nosh is committed to sourcing over 50% of our non-labor expenses from independent suppliers local to Atlanta whenever possible. We also strive to prioritize purchasing from minority-owned businesses as part of our broader commitment to equity, inclusion, and building a resilient local food ecosystem.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

At LBN, our packaging decisions are guided by a commitment to human health, environmental responsibility, and long-term sustainability. We have intentionally chosen glass as our primary packaging material for packaged goods as part of this commitment.

Glass is an inert, non-toxic material that does not leach harmful chemicals into food or beverages. Unlike many plastic alternatives, it does not contribute to the ingestion of microplastics or endocrine-disrupting compounds, supporting the health and safety of our guests.

From an environmental standpoint, glass is both reusable and infinitely recyclable without loss of quality. This significantly reduces the demand for virgin materials and minimizes waste sent to landfills. By prioritizing glass, we are actively working to reduce the introduction of additional plastics into the environment—helping limit plastic pollution in ecosystems and microplastic accumulation in human bodies.

To further support circularity, LBN has implemented a Glass Return Incentive Program. Guests who return their used glass containers receive $1 off a future menu purchase. This initiative encourages reuse, increases recycling rates, and reinforces shared responsibility between our business and our community.
